Born and raised on a family farm in Iowa, Nolan moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend a trade school for mechanics after graduating. He joined the U.S. Army in 2009 in pursuit of serving his country. Based in Fort Hood, Texas as a Calvary Scout, his term of service included a 2011 deployment to Iraq. Upon completing his service, Nolan returned to Iowa to begin a career in real estate. After working as a Realtor in Iowa for 5 years, in 2019 he made the decision to relocate to Los Cabos, Mexico. He has now been serving his clients in Mexico for 6 years.

Since becoming a Realtor, Nolan has closed over 250 real estate transactions. He is now using his experience and attention to detail to help make his client’s dreams a reality in the paradise that is Los Cabos!
